Your students will enthusiastically engage in learning statistics with our award-winning Dragonistics data cards. Students can explore statistical concepts and gain understanding by sorting and organising the cards. Dragonistics data cards are also useful for rich tasks, mathematics practice and maths games.
Data cards display multivariate data and help students connect the data directly with data displays. Dragonistics data cards are a versatile teaching tool that can be used in primary (elementary) schools, middle schools and high schools.
You can purchase our Dragonistics Data Cards and find out more about them on the Statistics Learning Centre online shop. We also have available free teaching materials such as lesson plans to support teaching with data cards.
Statistics Learning Centre has various teacher resources available for purchase via our online shop. These include secure practice exams for all NCEA externals, classroom posters and data cards.
Statistics Learning Centre has developed an engaging educational family game: The Dragon Games. Compete in four events to become Dragon Wrangler Champion. The Dragon Games is for 2-5 players aged 7 and up.
Fun, variety and lots of dragons!
